How this desk is organised

Borobudur Luxury is a desk, not a line-up of profiles. What follows is the set of jobs the desk covers for itineraries and bookings, and who is accountable for each of them.

• Itinerary planning. Builds the day around real travel times, opening hours and permit windows rather than around a map.
• Booking and payment. Confirms inclusions, exclusions and the full price in writing before a deposit is taken.
• Permits and entry fees. Arranges the official permits and entrance fees that apply and shows them separately from our own fee.
• Guest liaison. Handles changes, delays and requests during the trip, and says when something cannot be done.
• Fact checking. Checks distances, durations, seasons and prices against operators and official sources before publishing.

Why there are no names on this page

You will not find degrees, years of service or licence numbers on this page. Those are verifiable facts or they are decoration, and we are not willing to publish them as decoration. Ask, and you will be told who is working on your enquiry. That answer is specific to your case, which is the only context in which a name is worth anything.

What we publish, and how it is checked

Every rule, fee and timing on this site is traceable to an operator or an official document. If we could not confirm it, the page says so rather than presenting a guess in the same voice as a verified fact. If a page here contradicts what you were told by an operator or an official office, write to us. We will check it and correct the page.
